Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
However, for your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
● The product must include all original parts and accessories and be properly packaged.
● The product must have been handled with care and must not show any damage caused by misuse.
● For products where hygiene is a consideration, the product must be properly cleaned before starting the return process.
● If the product was received defective, this must be verified.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products where the issue was not caused by an error on our part.

● Photo of the product (in case of damage)

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the parcel back to the sender's address. You must contact us first to receive the correct return address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
